We started in 1988 moving paper between mills. Today we run automated converting lines out of our factory, making the notebooks that end up on shelves in 30+ countries.
Paperforce brings together more than three decades of trade excellence, nearly two decades of manufacturing excellence, and — more importantly — ethical business practices carried through three generations. That heritage now runs through a 30,000 sq. ft., ISO 9001:2015-certified facility, where high-speed automated converting lines are backed by machining skills built the old way — on the floor, batch after batch, long before automation entered the picture. It's this combination of inherited trade instinct and modern manufacturing discipline that lets Paperforce deliver at the scale and consistency global buyers expect, without losing the accountability a family business built its name on.

The family's roots in the paper trade began with Trans Trade, a logistics business built from the ground up, forming lasting relationships with paper mills and stationers across India.
The family expanded into manufacturing with Trans Industries, producing copper wire and building hands-on production and factory-floor experience.
Western India Packagings was established, manufacturing packaging solutions for companies across India and deepening the family's roots in industrial production.
The family's manufacturing experience extended into exports, supplying paper stationery to buyers across the Middle East, Europe, Africa, and beyond.
Paperforce was established with its own manufacturing facility — a 30,000 sq. ft. ISO 9001:2015 certified factory in Palghar, Maharashtra — exporting to 30+ countries worldwide.

To manufacture with the discipline of three generations and the scale of modern automation — delivering paper stationery global brands can trust, batch after batch, without compromise.
To become the manufacturing name global brands turn to first — not because we're the newest, but because three generations in, we've never cut a corner.

Quality at Paperforce isn't a single checkpoint — it's five, running from the moment raw material arrives to the moment a container is sealed.
Every raw material — paper, board, spiral, wiro, ink, covers, cartons, and more — is checked against fixed tolerances before it's accepted into stores. Nothing enters production until it clears this gate.
Each paper roll is approved for ruling geometry, registration, and margins before a single sheet is committed to production. A fault here is caught before it can run through an entire roll.
Conducted three times a day, this verifies sheet counts and cover-to-paper matching at the exact point books are assembled — catching mismatches while they're still isolated to a small batch.
Every two hours, binding strength, alignment, and finishing are checked across every active machine on the floor — not just at the start and end of a job, but throughout it.
Once a job reaches 50% carton packing, a statistically sampled inspection — run to ISO 2859-1 / ANSI-ASQ Z1.4 AQL standards — confirms the job is ready for dispatch before it's cleared.
